Return Policy – Kōra
At Kōra , your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us.
Return conditions
The product must be unused, unwashed , and returned in its original, undamaged packaging .
Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
Personalized or sale products are not refundable , except in the event of a proven defect.
Withdrawal period
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part (defective or non-compliant item).
You are responsible for return shipping: we recommend tracked shipping.
Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days , excluding initial shipping costs.
