1. What types of products does Kōra offer?
Kōra offers accessories for active recovery, mobility, and sports wellness: massage guns, foam rollers, yoga mats, water bottles, resistance bands, technical clothing, and more. All our products are designed to support demanding sports routines with efficiency and style.
2. Are your products of good quality?
Yes. We rigorously select each product based on quality, durability, and ergonomics. Our suppliers are certified, and many of our products are used by athletes and sports professionals. Quality is at the heart of Kōra's DNA.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely. Kōra ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by country, but most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days .
4. What are the processing and shipping times?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 24 to 72 hours. Shipping will then take place according to the destination:

France / Europe : 7–12 working days

International : 10–15 business days
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
5. How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your package from our "Order Tracking" page.
6. Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging. Please contact us at kora.store.contact@gmail.com to initiate the procedure.
7. Am I responsible for return costs?
In most cases, yes. Unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. We always do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
8. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. After shipping, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a standard return.

10. Are your products personalized?
Some of our items are branded with the Kōra logo . We currently do not offer customer customization (name, color, etc.), but this may be coming soon.
